Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Approval of a wholesale account is subject to verification of the information indicated during the registration.

Ordering
You may place order through our online shopping cart www.oriente-import.it or via fax. And e-mail. Minimum order is € 150,00  Vat and Freight excluded.

Payment
Orders must be pre-paid, we accept only bank payments.  We’ll send by e-mail/fax the proforma invoice and goods will be held, until full payment will be received.

Delivery
Wholesale orders are typically shipped within 2/3 business days from the order date, and are shipped via DPD , GLS , TNT , FEDEX couriers.
For the orders upper than  € 500,00 the freight cost are not in your charge.*

Returns
Any problems must be reported by email or fax within 5 days of receipt. Please do not return goods without any instruction by our staff.

Variation
Many products are hand made and hand printed. There will be inconsistency due to this nature. This is accepted by the buyer when the order is placed and will not be a considered fault and therefore no credit will be issued.

For Resale Only
All products are to be purchased for resale only. Your wholesale account is not to be used by anyone other than you or an approved representative of your company. Wholesale products are not for gift giving or personal use. We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account found to be violating this agreement.

Privacy Policy
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Oriente Import S.r.l.
